1. What does "demi-fine" jewelry mean?
Demi-fine jewelry bridges the gap between fashion and fine jewelry. It’s crafted from precious metals like sterling silver and often plated in 14K gold, offering the elevated look of fine jewelry with a more accessible price point. Designed for everyday wear, demi-fine pieces are timeless, durable, and meant to be loved long term.
2. What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted from 14K gold-plated sterling silver (925), which is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it ideal for sensitive skin. Select styles are made from gold-plated stainless steel for added durability and affordability. While stainless steel is generally well-tolerated, we recommend those with metal sensitivities stick to our sterling silver-based designs.
3. Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-resistant?
Our gold-plated stainless steel pieces offer excellent resistance to water and daily wear. While our gold-plated sterling silver is tarnish-resistant, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or applying lotions to keep it looking its best.
4. How should I care for my jewelry?
To extend the life of your pieces, store them in a dry place, avoid contact with perfumes and oils, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Keeping jewelry dry is the key to long-lasting shine.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges on unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
6. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options soon!
8. Can I gift your jewelry?
Absolutely. All orders arrive in signature Austin Adorn packaging, ready to gift. You can also include a personalized note at checkout.
9. Do you offer custom or engraved pieces?
At this time, we do not offer engraving or custom jewelry—but it’s something we hope to offer in the future.
Most of our jewelry is 925 sterling silver with a 14k or 18k plating. We do have some pieces that are a stainless steel base with a 14k or 18k plating. Additionally we have a few pieces that are 14k or 18k over brass. You can find all specifications under the product details.
Gift with purchase is only valid during the timeframe for each event. If you return an order that included a free gift, we require that you return the free gift as well. If the gift is not returned with the order, we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept all returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Our jewelry is water-resistant. Why isn't is water proof? Because only solid gold is 100% waterproof - we keep it real with you.
No worries if you wore it in the shower or pool, even for a few days, but less exposure to water and harsher elements the better.
