Refund policy

Return for Refund:

Austin Adorn must be contacted within 30 days of the day your shipment is received. Please allow up to 7 days for the return process to be completed. Refunds are returned to the same form of payment the order was placed with (or store credit). Credit card companies may take up to 10 business days to reflect this credit.

Return for Exchange:

Please contact Austin Adorn within 30 days from order placement. Unworn or unused items must be received back in the original packaging condition. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your exchange. If there is an increase price difference between the items being returned and the item requested for exchange, customer will be responsible for the difference. If a credit is due back to customer, that credit will be applied to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received an item that was damaged, or received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at customercare@austinadorn.com and provide photos.
